The Yukon School of Visual Arts offers students a rigorous eight-month Foundation Year Program equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Upon completing the Foundation Year Program, SOVA graduates may elect to transfer directly into the second year of a BFA at a number of SOVA- affiliated Canadian art schools. World-renowned faculty, small class sizes, custom designed studio spaces, and a vibrant arts community support our fully- accredited undergraduate level program.  An incredibly unique option for your first year of art school, or, as a stand-alone program, a great place to start working as an artist!
